Our fabrication is done in association with Regan Structural Steel which has recently doubled the size of their workshop and now has a floor area of 13000 square feet. Also a Pedinghaus automated cutting and drilling line which can be connected to our Strucad System. In the pictures below you see the required beam on the roller rack outside the workshop. The beam is then conveyed through a computerized saw / drill and comes out ready for the fitters to attach the necessary parts. By using a computerized drill line, our fabricators can drill about 15 holes per minute, versus one hole per five minutes when done by hand.
